    • Do you accept Refunds? All sales are Final
    • What is the Shipping Timeframe? Please expect up to 12 weeks to receive your order. Processing times may vary due to material sourcing and order volume.
    • Do you ship overnight? No, we do not offer overnight shipping.
    • Can we ask about when items will be shipped? Please don't. Our terms and conditions outline that these items are handcrafted. All order status inquiries are subject to cancellation.
    • My package says it was delivered but I don't have it? Add Insurance to your order to protect yourself for a full refund or replacement. We are not responsible for packages once shipped.
    • Do you offer Bag repairs? As of May 22nd, we no longer accept general repairs. However, we now offer whipstitching and tacking for patches on select patched designs.
