1. Made-to-Order Products All products sold at BagjunkiShop are handmade and made-to-order. Each item is crafted individually upon receipt of your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are part of the unique character of each piece.

2. Processing & Production Times Standard processing time is 4–16 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Processing times may vary based on order volume, complexity of customization, and material availability. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

3. Final Sale Policy All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the damage.

4. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property All custom artwork featured on BagjunkiShop products is the exclusive intellectual property of BagjunkiShop. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to the buyer. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Shipping & Insurance BagjunkiShop ships all orders with tracking. Shipping insurance is included on orders over $[your threshold]. BagjunkiShop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Limitation of Liability BagjunkiShop's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of GA, United States.
